Overview

TriCAR (CX170) is an autologous, tri-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by **ImmunoACT** in partnership with **Caring-Cross**. The therapy is engineered to simultaneously target three B-cell surface antigens: **CD19**, **CD20**, and **CD22**. By targeting multiple antigens, TriCAR aims to broaden antigen recognition and mediate robust T-cell killing of B-cell malignancies while minimizing the risk of tumor escape through antigen loss or downregulation—a frequent cause of relapse following single-target CAR-T treatments. It is currently in the discovery phase for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (R/R-ALL) and relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma (R/R-BCL).
