Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TROY-Ig (also known as xLinkTsAb) is a bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) platform developed by Lijin Biomedical Technology (Lyvgen). It is designed to treat a variety of tumor antigen (TA)-positive tumors by simultaneously targeting CD3 and the costimulatory receptor CD137 (4-1BB) on T cells, while also binding to specific tumor antigens such as CD19, CD20, B7H3, DLL3, or PSMA. This dual-signaling approach aims to enhance T-cell activation, proliferation, and persistence within the tumor microenvironment, potentially overcoming the limitations of conventional CD3-based engagers. The platform is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of broad TA-positive malignancies.
