Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TRS005 is a novel, proprietary antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) designed for the treatment of CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It consists of an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody linked via a valine-citrulline linker to monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a potent microtubule-disrupting agent. The ADC binds to CD20 on tumor cells and is internalized through receptor-mediated endocytosis, delivering MMAE directly into the malignant B cells, leading to cell death. TRS005 has shown potential antitumor activity in relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy[1][2][3][4].
