Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TRS500 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the B-lymphocyte antigen CD20, currently under development by Heilongjiang Zhenbaodao Pharmaceutical in strategic partnership with Zhejiang Teruisi Pharmaceutical (Tereisi). Designed for the treatment of CD20-positive B-cell malignancies, specifically Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, TRS500 utilizes a monoclonal antibody to selectively bind to CD20 on the surface of malignant B cells. This binding facilitates the internalization of the conjugate and the subsequent release of a cytotoxic payload, leading to targeted cell death while minimizing off-target systemic toxicity. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling or early clinical development stage, with preliminary reports indicating promising safety and efficacy prospects.
