Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TT-00420 + toripalimab is an investigational combination therapy comprising TT-00420 (tinengotinib), a multi-targeted small molecule kinase inhibitor, and toripalimab, a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). Tinengotinib inhibits multiple kinases involved in tumor growth and angiogenesis, including fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), among others. Toripalimab blocks the PD-1 immune checkpoint pathway to enhance T-cell mediated antitumor immunity. The combination is being evaluated for safety and efficacy in advanced urological tumors and other solid tumors[1][2][3].
