Overview

This drug is a six-drug combination therapy combining **tucidinostat**, a selective histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, with the R-CHOP chemotherapy regimen (**rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine,** and **prednisone**) for hematologic malignancies, especially diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with MYC and BCL2 double expression. Tucidinostat impairs tumor cell proliferation and survival via epigenetic modulation; rituximab is a monoclonal antibody against CD20 on B cells; cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent; doxorubicin is an anthracycline cytotoxic agent; vincristine is a microtubule inhibitor; prednisone is a glucocorticoid. The combination is intended to improve efficacy in highly aggressive lymphomas by leveraging multiple mechanisms: targeted immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and epigenetic modulation[1][2][3][4][5].
