TXP1-CD20

TXP1-CD20 is an experimental drug candidate developed by T-X-P Therapeutics (now part of Theratechnologies) utilizing their proprietary TXP peptide platform. The TXP platform focuses on the development of highly potent and selective melanocortin receptor agonists. TXP1-CD20 is designed as a targeted therapy that combines the melanocortin-based peptide technology with a CD20-targeting moiety. The mechanism of action involves the specific binding to B-lymphocyte antigen CD20, which is widely expressed on the surface of B-cells, to deliver the therapeutic peptide or to modulate immune responses in B-cell related disorders.
