VGT-1849A is an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) molecule developed jointly by Vanda Pharmaceuticals and OliPass Corporation. It is based on OliPass’ proprietary modified peptide nucleic acids. Vanda Pharmaceuticals entered into an agreement with OliPass in September 2022 for its joint development, funding the research and development activities, and holding an option to license the jointly developed intellectual property.
