VNX-103 is an experimental AAV-delivered T-cell immuno-gene therapy being developed by Vironexis Biotherapeutics for the treatment of B-cell lymphoma. It is built upon the company's proprietary TransJoin™ platform, which utilizes adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors to genetically program a patient's T cells *in vivo*. Unlike traditional CAR-T cell therapies that require complex *ex vivo* manufacturing, VNX-103 is designed to be administered systemically, allowing the AAV vector to deliver a therapeutic transgene directly to T cells within the body. This transgene enables the T cells to recognize and eliminate malignant B cells. As of late 2024, VNX-103 is in the discovery stage of development.
