Overview

Wenyang Xiaozheng Decoction (WYXZ) is a traditional Chinese medicine formula designed based on the principles of "warming Yang and resolving blood stasis." It has demonstrated clinical efficacy in improving renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Its therapeutic effects are mediated by modulating macrophage polarization through the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway, which subsequently reduces renal fibrosis.
