Overview

WJ01024 aims to enhance ruxolitinib's anti-proliferative effects in myelofibrosis by further inhibiting cell proliferation via XPO-1 blockade, which leads to increased nuclear retention of tumor suppressor proteins and modulation of gene expression. Ruxolitinib acts by blocking the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, reducing myeloproliferation and cytokine-mediated symptoms. Preclinical and early clinical evidence suggest that WJ01024 may provide additive or synergistic benefits alongside ruxolitinib, particularly in JAK inhibitor-naïve or refractory/relapsed myelofibrosis patients[1][4].
