Drug intelligence / Profile preview
WX-mPD-1 is a preclinical-stage anti-mouse PD-1 monoclonal antibody developed by WuXi AppTec and WuXi Biologics. It serves as a surrogate immune checkpoint inhibitor for use in syngeneic mouse xenograft models, such as CloudmanS91 and B16-F10 melanoma, to evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of action of PD-1 blockade. Research using WX-mPD-1 has focused on immune profiling, neo-antigen identification, and TCR repertoire analysis to better understand immune responses to checkpoint inhibition in preclinical settings.
