XH-5102 is an orally administered small molecule inhibitor of Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) developed by Shanghai Xunhe Pharmaceutical Technology. It is currently in Phase I/II clinical development for the treatment of various myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), including primary myelofibrosis (PMF), polycythemia vera (PV), and essential thrombocythemia (ET). The drug targets the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, which is frequently dysregulated in MPNs, often due to mutations like JAK2 V617F. XH-5102 is being evaluated for its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with these conditions, regardless of their JAK2 mutation status.
