Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YBL-015 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Y Biologics for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting B7-H3 (CD276), a member of the immune checkpoint family that is frequently overexpressed in various solid malignancies while maintaining limited expression in healthy tissues. YBL-015 is designed to selectively bind to B7-H3-expressing tumor cells, undergo internalization, and deliver a cytotoxic payload directly into the malignant cells to induce cell death. This targeted mechanism of action aims to enhance therapeutic efficacy while minimizing off-target toxicity associated with traditional chemotherapy.
