Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Yishen Granule** is an orally administered, hospital-prepared traditional Chinese multi-herb formula used in clinical research in Shanghai. Reported ingredients are lingzhi, prepared *Polygonum multiflorum*, *Polygonatum* rhizome, honey-fried astragalus, and stir-fried angelica. Its molecular mechanism has not been established as a defined target-based pharmacologic action. A randomized controlled trial evaluated Yishen Granule, alone and with acupuncture, in older adults with mild cognitive impairment; a separate registered study and clinical report evaluated it for chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression in patients with lung cancer.
