Overview

YL17231 (also known as TEB-17231) is an orally bioavailable small molecule pan-RAS inhibitor being developed by 280Bio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Yingli Pharmaceutical. The drug is designed to target the RAS signaling pathway by binding to the KRAS switch II pocket, a mechanism that allows it to inhibit various KRAS mutations. It is currently being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS mutations. YL17231 is in Phase 1 clinical development, where it is being evaluated for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy in patients with KRAS-mutant advanced solid tumors, with the objective of establishing the recommended Phase 2 dose.
