ZR2-ICE is a multi-drug combination immunochemotherapy regimen being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL). The regimen consists of the Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor zanubrutinib, the immunomodulatory agent lenalidomide, and the R-ICE chemotherapy backbone (rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide). This combination aims to enhance the efficacy of salvage therapy by targeting multiple pathways, including B-cell receptor signaling, immune modulation, and cytotoxic DNA damage. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2 clinical trial sponsored by RenJi Hospital.
