This investigational combination regimen is being evaluated for the first-line treatment of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The regimen is typically administered as induction therapy followed by maintenance therapy with zanubrutinib and rituximab. By combining a potent targeted agent that disrupts B-cell receptor signaling with intensive cytotoxic chemotherapy and anti-CD20 immunotherapy, the regimen aims to achieve high complete response rates and improve long-term outcomes in patients with treatment-naive MCL, an aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
