Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Zuberitamab is a novel, human-mouse chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting the CD20 antigen on B-cells. It is engineered to have enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) compared to first-generation CD20 antibodies like rituximab. Developed by Hansoh Pharma and studied extensively by institutions like Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital, it is currently being evaluated in combination therapies for B-cell malignancies. In the TRIUM trial, it is combined with zanubrutinib and sonrotoclax as a chemotherapy-free induction regimen for patients with previously untreated mantle cell lymphoma.
