Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) and rhinosinusitis comparing Dupilumab with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline to Week 24 in sinus opacification by CT using Lund-Mackay score and Change from baseline to Week 24 in sinus total symptom score.
