Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in myelofibrosis (MF), primary myelofibrosis (PMF) and secondary myelofibrosis (SMF) comparing Navtemadlin plus ruxolitinib with Placebo plus ruxolitinib (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Spleen volume reduction at Week 24 and Total symptom score reduction at Week 24. Planned start Oct 2024; status: authorised.
