Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in t-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) comparing TTO1: venetoclax + tofacitinib, TTO2: venetoclax + everolimus + recombinant L-asparaginase and TTO3: venetoclax + azacitidine (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Hematological remission rate. Planned start May 2026; status: authorised.
