Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of azacitidine, ruxolitinib and venetoclax in myeloproliferative disorder (MPD) and myeloproliferative neoplasm blast phase (BP-MPN) (2 arms), sponsored by Institute of Hematology and Blood Diseases Hospital. Primary endpoints: Complete response rate, CR with incomplete count recovery rate and 2 more. Planned start May 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
