Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of ruxolitinib and decitabine in primary myelofibrosis (PMF), post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis (PPV-MF) and myelofibrosis (MF), sponsored by First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoint: Spleen volume response (SVR35) at Week 24. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
