Who it enrols
Women (18–37 years) undergoing ART with long ovarian stimulation protocol who are at high risk for OHSS, defined by 20–30 follicles larger than 12 mm and retrieval of more than 20 oocytes; excludes coasting cases, prior pelvic surgery, large uterine fibroids, uterine polyps, smokers, and those with alcohol addiction.
