Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in myelofibrosis (MF) comparing Pelabresib + Ruxolitinib with Placebo + Ruxolitinib (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of participants with splenic response (SVR35) by central radiology reads at Week 24 in participants with baseline total symptom score >= 25, Absolute change from baseline in total symptom score at Week 24 in participants with baseline total symptom score >= 25 and 2 more.
