Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of dupilumab in eosinophilic gastritis (EG), eosinophilic duodenitis (EoD) and eosinophilic gastrointestinal disease (EGID) (6 arms), sponsored by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants achieving peak gastric eosinophil count ≤6 eosinophils/high power field and Absolute change in EoG/EoD-SQ Total Symptom Score.
