Continuation arm
Participants continue their current donepezil or memantine treatment for 12 weeks.
Discontinuation arm
Participants discontinue donepezil or memantine and are followed for 12 weeks.

Who it enrols
Adult Korean patients with extremely severe Alzheimer’s disease receiving donepezil or memantine; healthy volunteers are not eligible.
