2 arms- Study design
- Randomized
Neoadjuvant FOLFIRINOX
Patients receive neoadjuvant FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy followed by surgical resection and standard postoperative care.
Control (standard upfront surgery ± adjuvant therapy)
Patients undergo upfront surgical resection with standard perioperative and adjuvant management without neoadjuvant FOLFIRINOX.

Adult patients with resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma eligible for neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgical resection.
