Single treatment arm receiving dabrafenib combined with trametinib for advanced solid tumors harboring BRAF V600E or clinically actionable BRAF alterations.

Who it enrols
Adults with advanced solid tumors harboring BRAF V600E mutation or other clinically actionable BRAF gene alterations, mostly identified via the KOSMOS MTB program, who have progressed on or are not candidates for standard therapies.
