Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in autoimmune colitis, obesity and Overweight comparing OMVOH + MOUNJARO with OMVOH + placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Participants achieving clinical remission and at least 10% body weight reduction. Planned start May 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
