Ferroquine 2 mg/kg + artesunate 4 mg/kg for 3 days
Ferroquine alone medium dose

Adults and children with uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria, excluding those with severe malaria, hepatitis B/C, or recent antimalarial treatment.
