Overview

Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) comparing nab-paclitaxel + CC-486, nab-paclitaxel Monotherapy and nab-paclitaxel + Durvalumab (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Progression-Free Survival up to 18 months. Started Jan 2015; status: completed.

Who it enrols

Adults with advanced NSCLC who have received one prior platinum-containing chemotherapy regimen. Patients with EGFR or ALK mutations are excluded.
