Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of trastuzumab in ependymoma (2 arms), sponsored by University of Colorado Denver. Primary endpoints: Detection of trastuzumab in tumor following IT administration at 2 weeks and Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) for IT trastuzumab in combination with fixed doses of subQ GM-CSF at 1 month.
