Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of ruxolitinib in glioma and glioblastoma (GBM) (2 arms), sponsored by Case Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Maximum Tolerated Dose of ruxolitinib with radiation at 6 weeks and Maximum Tolerated Dose of ruxolitinib with radiation and daily Temozolomide at 6 weeks.
