Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of dupilumab in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) (6 arms), sponsored by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants Achieving Peak Esophageal Intraepithelial Eosinophil Count of <=6 Eos/Hpf at 52 weeks and Absolute Change From Baseline in Dysphagia Symptom Questionnaire (DSQ) Total Score at 52 weeks.
