Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in food allergy and peanut allergy comparing Cohort A: Omalizumab, Cohort B: Omalizumab/Dupilumab and Cohort C: Dupilumab (3 cohorts). Primary endpoints: Success Rates of Passing a Peanut Double-Blind Placebo Controlled Food Challenge at 44 weeks, Success Rates of Passing a DBPCFC to Peanut and at Least One Other FA at 44 weeks and 1 more.
