Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in atopic dermatitis (AD) comparing Dupilumab 300 mg Q2W with Placebo Q2W (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Number of Participants With Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) Score of 0 or 1 and Reduction From Baseline of >= 2 Points at 16 weeks. Started Dec 2018; status: completed.
