Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and cytokine release syndrome (CRS) comparing Ruxolitinib + SoC with Placebo + SoC (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of Patients Who Die, Develop Respiratory Failure [Require Mechanical Ventilation] or Require Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Care at Day 29.
