Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in food allergy comparing Omalizumab -> mOIT, Omalizumab -> mOIT + Dupilumab and Placebo -> mOIT + Dupilumab (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of subjects with esophageal eosinophilia (EE) at 32 weeks. Started May 2021; status: terminated.
