Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of tezepelumab in asthma, sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Proportion of Participants Who Discontinued OCS Without Loss of Asthma Control at 52 weeks and Proportion of Participants Who Reduced Daily Prescribed Maintenance OCS Dose to ≤5 mg/Day Without Loss of Asthma Control at 52 weeks.
