Immunoclassification of Psoriasis for Precision Medicine

Open-label, single-arm trial of adalimumab, secukinumab, ixekizumab, guselkumab and methotrexate in psoriasis, sponsored by Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Differences in the number of immune cells (dendritic cells, macrophages) in the lesional skin, non-lesional skin of psoriasis patients and healthy skin at 16 months and Molecular analysis of psoriasis lesional skin by single-cell RNA sequencing at 16 months.
