Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of tezepelumab in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) (3 arms), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Histologic response of peak esophageal eosinophil per HPF count of <= 6 at 52 weeks and Dysphagia Symptom Questionnaire at 52 weeks.
