Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of ruxolitinib in Checkpoint inhibitor pneumonitis (CIP) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with dosage of corticosteroids no more than 10mg daily at improvement to CIP with CTCAE grade 1 at 8 weeks. Started Apr 2023; status: completed.
