Who it enrols

Patients aged 19-80 with unresectable HCC and intrahepatic vascular invasion, Child-Pugh A liver function, and ECOG PS 0-1. Excludes prior systemic therapy for HCC, liver transplant recipients, and those with untreated bleeding varices or active infections.
