Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of ruxolitinib and abatacept in graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and cytokine release syndrome (CRS) (2 arms), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Cumulative incidence of graft failure at Day 35, Cumulative incidence of grades III-IV acute GVHD by MAGIC criteria at Day 100 and 1 more. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
