Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of adebrelimab in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), sponsored by Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. Primary endpoint: Progression-Free Survival at 4 months. Planned start Mar 2024; status: not yet recruiting.

Who it enrols
Adult patients with stage IIIB-IV NSCLC without driver mutations who have progressed after PD-1 inhibitor and chemotherapy treatment. Patients must have measurable disease and ECOG PS 0-1.
