Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of tofacitinib in atopic dermatitis (AD) (2 arms), sponsored by Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoint: Percentage of participants with a >=75% reduction from baseline in Eczema Area and Severity Index at 16 weeks. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
