Who it enrols
Adult patients (18-75) with unresectable or metastatic advanced ESCC who have not received prior systemic treatment. Must have ECOG 0-1 and adequate organ function. Excludes patients with active autoimmune disease, recent severe cardiac events, or active bleeding risks.
