Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of doxorubicin, etoposide, methylprednisolone and ruxolitinib in hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), sponsored by First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. Primary endpoints: Response rate of modified-DEP at 8 weeks and Incidence of Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 8 weeks. Planned start Aug 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
